There is a reserved cart feature enabled on the order form. Anything you secure is in your cart for 10mins without the worry of a sinister dahlia snatcher coming to steal your pretties.
You MUST checkout before the time is up, if not, the items WILL drop from your cart, be restocked and then can be sold to the next person who grabs them. - All orders once submitted are put ‘on hold’, then manually given a once over in case any store credit is due or if any shipping charges need correcting.
Once processed, an email will be sent with your balance to be paid within 24 hrs or your order will be cancelled. - Shipping costs:
The shipping fee for cutting orders will be settled once your package is weighed & set to go in the Spring.
The shipping fee for tuber orders is set to $30 flat rate.
To help reduce 1 item checkouts, there is a $3 fee to combine orders, providing 1 flat rate fee has been paid during one sale.
This fee is always waived for Dahlia Hunter members.
