Shipping is available within Canada only.

Courier Service

I ship exclusively using courier services, therefore a residential address will be needed as deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

Tubers are released between April and May once the weather in your area allows for it and all frost warnings are over.

Please do not ask me to ship via Canada Post. I have had too many issues with them in the past.

 

Cuttings

Cutting orders will be shipped via express courier, with the rates being determined after the package has been processed.

I will only sell cuttings to people providing they agree to do so via 1-2 day priority option, regardless of where they live in Canada. This past season, those rates ranged between $20 and $80 depending on the amount of cuttings shipped (in some cases 30+), the weight of the shipment and where in Canada they here headed. An 8 lb. box going to PEI will not be the same as a 1 lb. box traveling in British Columbia where I am based.

I take great care when shipping delicate cuttings. I do not send bare root cuttings, I find them far too finicky. The cuttings I offer are sent already acclimated in small pots of soil, therefore the packaging is larger than what some offer. I am very proud of my packaging getting them home to you.

If you are purchasing cuttings and tubers, please note that your tubers will ship before cuttings and you must be prepared to pay two shipping fees.

 

Tuber Flat Rate

Tuber orders ship at a $30 flat rate.

I will combine orders providing the $30 flat rate fee was paid on your initial order.

Any additional orders can be combined for a $5 handling fee which is listed on the cart/checkout page.

 

Local Pickup - South Surrey, BC

Pickup dates are posted on the calendar. If you are unable to make it during those dates, shipping will be necessary.

 

Restocking Fee

Any orders canceled due to shipping non-payment will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. My time went into packing the orders and the items could have been purchased by someone else. Please be mindful of the potential for higher rates when you have large cutting orders.

Removal of any items from your order at your request will incur a 20% restocking fee per item.
