This right here was only some of the rain we got over the last 3 days.

A foot of rain came down the last few days and thankfully unlike the catastrophic storm of 2021, the farm lands seem to have handled this one far better. Sadly, far too many other areas though have had horrible damages. I’ve seen some pretty intense flooding videos from residents in North Vancouver.
The sun popped out today briefly and it was a very welcome surprise. Finding this bucket, with one lone flower head floating proved once again Mother nature dictates everything for us. We are at her mercy.
I will be giving my dahlias a couple of days to compose themselves before I get back to photo documenting. Many that I have done already are very pale in comparison to how they looked in the warm days of summer, so their individual galleries will be updated ongoing over the years.
I hope you’re enjoying he images that been posted thus far.
